Actually, it does help. A sane voice that gives an alternative point of view is really really important. I took her to vet on 15th of June and the results were...blood work perfect, stool clear, urinalysis clear, heart strong, lungs good. Teeth horrible, blind and deaf. Nothing about nose or dementia. I will do some research on pancreatitis (my husband had that and it was agony. I am watching very closely. I have contacted a mobile vet and got costs for at home euthanasia so I am as ready as I can be for when I make a decision. Money always is a factor. I was thinking another trip to vet this month (as soon as my ride comes back from vacation :-) and ask a few pointed questions that I neglected to ask last time. Anyway, sorry to bend your ear but actually writing things down clears the mind and helps and your answer helped so I am two for two today.
